Environmental Thought & Sustainable Development
Trace the evolution of environmental movements and global sustainability debates—from the Stockholm Conference and Our Common Future to the Rio Summits, Agenda 21 and the Millennium Development Goals.
Understanding of Sustainability, Pollution & Climate Change
Examine population growth, poverty, biodiversity loss, energy and food security, urbanization and ecological footprints. Study air, water, soil and noise pollution alongside global warming, ozone depletion, acid rain, climate adaptation and mitigation.
